Admissions

Admission to The Institute of Africana Cosmology (IAC) is open throughout the year to students 18 years of age or older who hold a high school diploma or its equivalent as earned through a high school equivalency test or through practical work and/or life experience.
International students are admitted with the understanding that all work must be completed and submitted in English.

In order to be admitted to the Institute of Africana Cosmology prospective students must complete an application and submit it along with a non-refundable $25.00 registration and application fee. After review of your application you will be contacted in three to four weeks with notification of your acceptance. If you are not accepted the $25.00 registration fee will be refunded.

Note: Your application will not be reviewed without payment of the $25.00 application and registration fee.

Ways To Earn Your Certificate


There are three ways to study at the Institute of Africana Cosmology (IAC).

1. Distance Learning
Students learn in the comfort of their own homes at their own pace.

2. Residential Learning Experiences
Students travel to Seattle WA  for evening or morning classes or a 3 to 5 day residential learning experience for hands-on experiental exploration of the concepts outlined in the coursework.

3. Distance and Residential Learning
Students learn in the comfort of their own homes and choose to travel to Seattle WA to participate in the Residential Learning Experiences.

Residential learning experiences take place throughout the year and are located in the Greater Seattle WA area.
Attendance for distance learning students is optional.

Credit for Prior Learning Experiences

The Institute of Africana Cosmology ( IAC) does not accept transfer credits from other colleges or learning programs.
